Intelligence Tests –
The Lousky Method
Life Values
Questionnaire
Dear Testee,
The Lousky Method
intelligence tests
have been examined
for their scientific
reliability and
validity. According
to the Lousky
Method, every person
has 32
intelligences,
through which he
understands the
world, and by means
of which he creates
a reality and
achieves his goals
in life.
The intelligence
tests examine each
of the 32
intelligences, each
of which has four
aspects based on
four strata -
spiritual,
intellectual,
emotional and
physical. The life
values questionnaire
looks at the
intellectual aspect
in each of the 32
intelligences.
Opening the File
1. When you wish to
open the file, Excel
will ask you whether
you want to make
macro commands
available. Select this option as positive.
2. Now save the form
under your own name.
3. Complete the
questionnaire within
30-40 minutes,
without breaks.
4. Enter all the
personal details
that appear at the
bottom of the
questionnaire.
5. After completing
the questionnaire,
send it to the
following address:
info@lousky.co.il
6. After a few days
you will receive the
results at the
e-mail address from
which you sent the
completed
questionnaire. The results will indicate the grade average
for each
intelligence, and a
graph of the
results will be included.
7. When you meet a
tester you will be
able to obtain more
detailed information
about the test
results.
8. Do not press the
run button beneath
the questionnaire.
That will spoil the
questionnaire.
9. Please do not try
to calculate the
results or obtain a
graph from the file
that was sent to
you. This will
damage the software and require you to re-enter the
information.
10. Completion of
the questionnaire
and sending it to us
indicate that you
have agreed to take
part in
the Thirty Two Intelligences research of Dr. Danny
Lousky.
Instructions for
an Intelligence Test
by Means of a Life
Values Questionnaire
Answer the questions
based on observation
of your behavior
today.
Do not bring your
past into your
statements, and do
not think about the
future and how
you would like it to
be.
Answer the questions
based on your
situation today.
Here and Now.
When you read the
question something
immediate comes up.
That’s your answer.
That immediate
reaction is the
genuine article.
After that you will
start deliberating
and searching, and
wondering “how my
answer will appear
to others” and “I
don’t have to expose
myself” and “I could
get hurt,” etc.
Leave the concerns
and deliberations to
one side.
The first thing that
comes up is your
answer. If agreement
with the statement
comes up, answer
“totally agree.” If
you hesitate, answer
“agree” or “do not
agree,” accordingly.
If you reject the
statement, answers
“totally disagree.”
All the subsequent
thoughts do not
satisfy the real
test, and the
results will not be
helpful to you.
